Ease of doing business in Ivory Coast

Ivory Coast has made significant strides in recent years to improve its business environment, as evidenced by its ranking on the World Bank’s Ease of Doing Business Index. This index evaluates countries based on a variety of factors, such as starting a business, obtaining construction permits, accessing electricity, registering property, securing credit, protecting minority investors, paying taxes, trading across borders, enforcing contracts, and resolving insolvency.

According to the latest World Bank’s Ease of Doing Business Index, Ivory Coast ranks 29 out of 190 economies. This notable rank demonstrates the country’s ongoing efforts to streamline regulations, reduce bureaucratic barriers, and create a more conducive environment for businesses to thrive. For international organizations looking to expand their operations in Ivory Coast, this ranking highlights the growing potential for investment and collaboration in this vibrant West African nation.

By partnering with Breedj for Ivory Coast EOR services, you can mitigate these challenges and ensure a seamless and compliant business expansion. Our local expertise and comprehensive EOR solutions will guide you through the complexities of hiring, payroll, and compliance, allowing you to capitalize on the country’s favorable business climate with confidence.

Hiring in Ivory Coast

Global companies seeking to hire talent in Ivory Coast have two primary options: setting up their own local entity or utilizing an Ivory Coast Employer of Record (EOR) service, such as the one offered by Breedj. Establishing a local entity can be a time-consuming and complex process, as it requires a thorough understanding of the country’s strict employment laws and regulations. Furthermore, non-compliance with these laws can result in fines, penalties, or legal disputes that could disrupt your business operations and tarnish your reputation.

On the other hand, partnering with Breedj for Ivory Coast EOR services presents a preferred option for companies looking to minimize risks and streamline their hiring process. With our extensive local expertise, we ensure that your employees are hired in full compliance with Ivory Coast’s labor laws, shielding you from potential legal complications. Our EOR solution also enables faster market entry, as you can bypass the lengthy process of setting up a local entity.

By choosing Breedj’s EOR services, your organization benefits from our commitment to simplifying the hiring process, adhering to local labor laws, and ensuring timely salary payments to your employees, allowing you to focus on your core business objectives and expansion strategies.
