Cameroon has a literacy rate of over 77%, according to the UNESCO Institute for Statistics, making it an attractive location for international organizations seeking skilled and educated employees. This high literacy rate is a result of the country’s commitment to education, with the government investing heavily in primary, secondary, and tertiary education.
The workforce in Cameroon is diverse and well-educated, with a high percentage of the population fluent in French and English. This linguistic diversity makes Cameroon an ideal location for organizations seeking bilingual or multilingual talent.
In addition to its highly educated workforce, Cameroon also offers competitive labor costs compared to other countries in the region. This makes it an ideal location for organizations looking to expand their operations while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
